In 2017, citizenM commissioned SUITCASE Creative Studios to develop a series of stylish, informative and brand-appropriate guides for hotel guests in every city. Today, we continue to evolve the style of these guides, updating the design, content, imagery, interviews, partner content and maps on a biannual basis to ensure guests have everything they need to explore the city through citizenM’s eyes.

To accompany the printed city guides we create for each hotel biannually, we built citizenm.guide, a digital portal for guests, potential guests and curious explorers to build custom city guides online. We also created optimised versions for in-room iPads.
